I have been researching the Ineffable for decades. I will say that Frank Kinslow has not said anything "new". BUT, he says it using strikingly practical, effective terminology. The jargon is dropped. The concepts are bare, sweet, and easy to digest.
In "The Secret of Instant Healing", you will get a chance to experience True Awareness. You stand in The Gap, if you read the material, suspend all disbelief, and take part in the exercises. What you get
1. A simple, direct, philosophical introduction to the No-Mind/Nothing/Quantum Hologram/Pure Awareness concept.
2. A simple, direct, practical exercise (or more) to Non-Experience of the NM/N/QH/PA concept.
3. A simple, direct, real-deal result, IF you do the exercise(s).
4. A simple, direct, Now-Empowered life, IF you continue practicing what he laid out in this text.
I must say that IF you read, apply, and await results from the exercises in this book, you will experience a Reality Shift, just like it says you will. I am a scientist, and amateur philosopher. I toured his Claim and found Gold, as he said. Tolle, Gordon, McTaggart, all the Remote Viewing crowd, the Self-Hypnosis Crowd, the NLP crowd, can't hold a candle to his bonfire.

I really enjoyed adding some of the techniques in this book to other energy medicine books I have read. Instant healing is a bit of "high expectations" I believe. But his writing is amusing and light hearted and he has alot of good ideas. My favorite was trying to clear you mind, gaining that "space" without thought that is very hard for us to do. He said "ask yourself, 'Where is my next thought coming from?'" In the second your brain tries to figure out the answer--that is the clearness we strive for!"
Been involved in this field in a paraprofessional and a personal basis for more than a decade. If I had come across this book first, I would have missed out on spending a great deal of money on all those modalities ! Quantum entrainment is the single most effective general technique I use. No one technique works all the time equally for everything but this comes closer than anything else. For $15.00, what do you have to lose ? Very simple, easy to learn right out of the book. I bought Kinslow's cd set but really didn't even need to.
Part of the first aid kit you always have with you.

I used the content learned in this book to take away hundreds of "floaters" in mt wife's eyes. For those of you that don't know, "floaters" are like small "flies" that you see everywhere. They are not there, but that's a problem into the eye.
They are not harmful and that's not a sign that you are going to be blind, but they bother a lot. The only known way to take them out (until I know) is with a very specialized laser surgery. There is a whole community of people with this issue. They can get really desperate about this problem. It's highly uncomfortable.
I did the QE protocol to my wife using only my two fingers and it took 1 minute to do the whole process. After that she started crying (which it's a classic response, according to the author) and then there were 2 minutes of silence. After that, she reported me that she lost like 80% of the "floaters" in her eyes and she felt a high emotional release.
Everything in under 3 minutes and without a higly active participation of the "healer" (me),
I had tried at least 4 methods of natural healing (Reiki, Quantum Touch, Quantum Mechanics, and so...), but this is the first method that offers immediate and visible results in under no time. It is INCREDIBLE. This method barely requieres any action from you. In fact, the author states that you are not a "healer" but an "initiator" of the healing process.
The author uses a plain and simple language to introduce a few key concepts, but the whole process is extremely simple.
I like simple things. I like fast things. I like useful things. I like practical things.
